At The Hair Collective, we take pride in providing luxury, high-quality hair extensions to our customers. Please review our shipping and exchange policies before placing your order.
🚚 Shipping Information
Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Orders with customized services (coloring, wig construction, etc.) may take additional processing time.
Shipping Time:
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout)
• International Shipping: 7-10 business days (subject to customs delays)
📦 All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
• The Hair Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
• If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first.
🔄 Exchange Policy (No Refunds) & Store Credit Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges and store credit are available for the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Exchange:
• Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
• Hair must not be washed, brushed, cut, installed, or styled in any way.
• Lace frontals, closures, and wigs must remain in their original condition.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:
• Hair that has been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
• Wigs, frontals, and closures that have been customized or lace cut.
• Items marked as Final Sale.
How to Request an Exchange:
1. Email us at [support@the-hair-collective.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number & reason for exchange (including photos if necessary).
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or store credit for future purchases.
• Approved exchanges will receive store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used on future purchases.
• Store credit does not expire and can be used at checkout like cash.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is received.
❗ Important Notes:
• We reserve the right to deny any exchange requests if the product does not meet our return criteria.
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once installed or altered.
